The Restaurant and Bar owe their name to one of the jewels of Latin American poetry, “Tabaré”, a long epic describing the ill-fated love between a young Spanish maiden and a native Charrúa half-caste.
Bianca’s minimalist, modern ambiance provides an ideal setting for an international menu with Italian and contemporary accents.
Based on modern, international cuisine with a Mediterranean twist, our menu, reinterpreted by a young and committed team of cooks, awaits you.

All of our cooks come to us with experience in international restaurants both in Uruguay and abroad, bringing all of their know-how, freshness, and passion to Bianca Restaurant.
Analía De los Santos
A Crandon Institute graduate, she became a professional cook in Accor Hotels in Argentina before continuing her career in our country.
A graduate of I.G.A. (Argentine Gastronomy Institute). Cooking has lead him to work in restaurants across Spain and Uruguay, further developing his hotel career in Punta del Este and Montevideo.
His studies in gastronomy started in the Technical University of Uruguay, continuing with seminars in I.G.A. (Argentine Gastronomy Institute). His professional experience has always involved hotel cooking, including work in several important hotel chains.
The youngest cook on the team, she is perfecting her skills at the Technical University of Uruguay. Her professional career has been connected to international hotel chains from the start.
